I am joining the Early Intervention Team with this fundraiser for the hospice.

The Early Intervention Team cares for patients in the community receiving palliative and end of life care at home. St Nicholas Hospice provides invaluable support to our patients and their relatives in the community. What's more, they work closely EIT team providing education, training, joint-up working, advice and support.

As a nurse myself I have had patients and have friends of the family who have been cared for at St Nicholas Hospice.

St Nicholas Hospice receives a small amount of funding, however relies largely on donations to keep providing the amazing work they do.

We would be grateful for any donations so St Nicholas Hospice can continue to provide their vital services.
