Annie is 7 years old. In March she met a blind lady whilst shopping in Sainsbury’s with her Daddy. The lady saw her sequin skirt catch the light and stopped Annie and said "what is that? what is it" Annie explained it was her skirt twinkling in the sun and the blind lady said she has seen nothing like it for many, many years and that she MADE HER DAY!

We explained to Annie that some people cannot see and saw the RNIB "Take on 250 Challenge"

Annie and her little sister Tilly will bake 250 cupcakes and sell on a stall outside our house to raise awareness that every day in the UK, 250 people begin to lose their sight.
