HospiceCare is the local Hospice at Home charity for North Northumberland serving a population of over 65,000. We deliver practical and emotional care and support to adults living with a terminal illness requiring palliative input and end-of-life care. We also offer support to their families and carers.

We are doing the Great North Run in memory of Mam/Granny (Sylvia Thompson). The hospice team made it possible to carry out her wishes to remain at home with her family around her.

The care and support they delivered was exceptional during this very difficult time.
