At Recruit with Purpose, we believe work should mean something, and that’s why we’re running the Bristol Half Marathon to raise money for our charity partners 1625 Independent People.

1625 do vital work supporting young people facing homelessness and housing insecurity across Bristol and the South West. For many of the young people they help, life has thrown challenges far earlier than it should have, unstable housing, lack of support, and difficult circumstances that make it hard to feel safe or hopeful about the future.

As a recruitment business that works closely with housing associations and organisations focused on social impact, this cause really resonates with us.

Some of the team are taking on the half marathon & 10k run, to support the incredible work 1625 do every day. It’s a challenge for us, but it’s nothing compared to the challenges many of the people they support face daily.
