Each year, we partner with a local charity to give back to the communities around us. At Redmore Environmental, we believe in creating equal opportunities, and Manchester Youth Zone embodies this value by providing a safe space where young people can learn, grow, and reach their full potential.

Manchester Youth Zone is a vibrant and inclusive community hub in Harpurhey, North Manchester, supporting over 3700 children and young people aged 8–19, and up to 25 for those with additional needs.

Since opening in 2012, Manchester Youth Zone has offered a wide range of opportunities designed to meet the needs of their community. From hot, nutritious meals to ensure no young person goes hungry, to sports and cultural activities like football, dance, boxing, music, and art, their work is tailored to help young people stay active and engaged. Their STEM and digital skills programmes prepare their members for the future, while their trusted social work support provides vital help to the most vulnerable.

They also deliver family services and outreach work, extending their support beyond the Youth Zone walls and into the wider community.

Manchester Youth Zone is more than just a youth centre, it’s a place of hope, opportunity, and belonging for young people growing up in one of the UK’s most disadvantaged areas.
