For those that know the story of Red Squirrel Tapas Newborough, you'll know the importance of Uncle Julian. Julian was a larger than life Catalan, very generously taught us his recipe for Chorizo Al Vino. It became the start of our tapas menu. Julian very sadly recently lost his battle with Blood Cancer. In his memory we will be making a donation for every portion of Chorizo Al Vino sold through to 12th August 2026, which would have been his 75th birthday.
