Story
My name is Reece, and I'm taking part in the Diagrama Charity Skydive 2026 to raise funds for the charity, which is a big part of my life.
I was brought up in Sussex, living with my mum and dad. I went to two colleges, Brinsbury and Crawley, where I studied blacksmithing, welding, and motor mechanics.
I moved to the cottage at Duckyls Farm six months ago, and I am enjoying a more independent life.
My interests include riding my mountain bike, photography, model railways, tractors, playing guitar, and living in the countryside. I have recently completed a tractor driving course, which means I'll be able to use one on the farm, making me the first resident to do so.
I am looking forward to the skydive because I have not done one before, and I am a bit of an 'adrenaline junkie' – my dad thinks it would be good for me. Jumping out of an aeroplane seems like fun.
It will be fun doing the skydive with my housemate Paul and some of the Duckyls Farm staff. I'll also get to raise money for Diagrama, which is also important as the money raised will go towards creating exciting experiences and opportunities across its services.
The skydive challenge hopes to raise £25,000, which will go towards:
Accessible learning spaces
Sensory and wellbeing resources
Enrichment activities
Therapeutic support
Outdoor learning opportunities at Duckyls Farm
Every donation counts so please share my page widely and donate what you can.
