I will be taking on my biggest ever challenge and I need as much help as possible!

I will be walking 57KM (35 miles) on the 6th September 2025 for the charity MIND.

There are many reasons as to why I chose this charity but the most important reason is because nobody should face a mental health problem alone, and they(MIND) need your help to make that happen.

With your support they can give people a way forward, help them to understand their options and get support and know that they're not alone.

We have all known someone that has struggled with their mental health, whether that be a family member , a friend or a loved one, and we wish we could all intervene and help them feel more confident with reaching out for help or showing them where the support is, and that’s why it’s so important to have charities like MIND to be funded and to continue to offer their services.
