On 12 September, I'll be running the Kew Gardens 10K to raise funds for The Link School, part of Orchard Hill College & Academy Trust.

The Link School supports children and young people with a range of additional needs, helping them to develop confidence, achieve their potential, and prepare for the future. Every day, students overcome challenges, build new skills, and achieve incredible milestones with the support of dedicated staff and specialist learning opportunities.

I'm proud to be taking on this challenge to help raise funds that can enhance the experiences, opportunities, and resources available to students, enabling them to thrive both in and beyond the classroom.

Training is underway, and while 10K will certainly be a challenge, it feels a small effort compared to the determination and resilience demonstrated by the young people at The Link School every day.
