Story
Thanks for visiting my JustGiving page.
I’m running the 2026 London Marathon in support of the MS Society.
Five years ago, I went on a coffee date with a cute girl and her miniature dachshund. That girl is now my fiancée, and I feel incredibly lucky to be joining her family. Early on, Holly told me her dad lives with MS. At the time, I didn’t really understand what that meant. But being close to her family since then has changed that completely. You see how MS impacts the everyday, how it shapes routines, relationships, and what “normal” looks like.
What I’ve been struck by most is the character it takes to keep going: the persistence, the ability to adapt when things change, and the humour that still finds a way in. Holly’s dad embodies a lot of that, and I feel lucky to call him a friend
Through my work in medical research, I’ve seen the difference charities can make, not just in funding breakthroughs, but in helping people day to day. This is my small way of supporting everyone living with MS, and the families around them, while backing the MS Society’s work.
If you’re able to donate or share this page, I would really appreciate. If you’re in London on 26th April 2026, we would love some cheers (or gel or two) along the way!

Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an unpredictable condition that affects your brain and spinal cord. In MS, the coating that protects your nerves (myelin) is damaged. This causes a range of symptoms like blurred vision and problems with how we move, think and feel.
More than 150,000 people in the UK have MS. Once diagnosed, MS stays with you for life, but treatments and specialists can help you to manage the condition and its symptoms.
The MS Society is here to help everyone live well with MS.
Every year they reach thousands of people with help and support through their MS Helpline and local groups. They campaign on the issues that matter most to the MS community. And they invest in ground-breaking research to stop MS in its tracks.
Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.
