The Unicorn Service was established in 2009, providing free care and support to children and young people when a significant adult is critically ill or has died.

To celebrate 15 years of this service, we are completing the 15/15 challenge to help raise vital funds.

The Unicorn Service is close to my heart after losing my grandad 14 years ago. They were incredible with supporting younger me.
