Team Regency are back to take part in this year's Run Norwich on Sunday 7th September.

This epic 10k run around Norwich City centre raises money for our chosen charity Community Sports Foundation.

The Community Sports Foundation uses the power of sport to support and inspire our community. Their charitable objectives are to:

- drive inclusion for people with disabilities

- boosting mental health and wellbeing and supporting disadvantaged people to raise their aspirations
