Story

Dear Friends and Family,

As I get ready for my Bar Mitzvah, I’ve been thinking about how I can give back and make a difference in the community. For my mitzvah project, I’ve chosen to raise money and collect supplies for the Ozaukee County Humane Society, which is part of the Wisconsin Humane Society.

I’ve always loved animals, and I really want to do something to help those that don’t have a voice. The Humane Society gives animals a second chance, and your support can help them continue that important work.

If you’re able, please consider making a donation. Right now is an especially powerful time to give—every dollar donated during the month of August will be tripled thanks to a matching gift from a group of generous donors. That means even a small donation can go a long way.

I’m also asking that guests bring an unused dog toy to my Bar Mitzvah. We’ll have a collection bin at the event, and I’ll personally deliver everything we collect to the Humane Society afterward.

Thank you so much for being part of this special moment in my life and for supporting a cause that really matters to me.
