There are many crisis in the world - we hear about these every day. One in particular is effecting us all.

Due to still high interest rates, and energy bills and rent rising throughout the country we hear about people struggling everyday trying to make a decision whether they should have electricity/gas in their home or food on the table.

We hear about more and more people approaching foodbanks even families who never needed to do this in the past.

To help here at Sovos we decided to put our walking shoes on and help the communities in 3 countries walking 100 miles - raising funds for the foodbanks in the current cost of living crisis.

We will walk 100 miles over 5 offices/ 3 countries the 3rd Sep 2024- to raise awareness and funds for the foodbanks. In the UK we are raising the funds for the Trussell Trust.

This organisation helps supporting a nationwide network of food banks and together they provide emergency food and support to people locked in poverty, and campaign for change to end the need for food banks in the UK. They support more than 1,200 food bank centres in the UK to provide a minimum of three days’ nutritionally-balanced emergency food to people who have been referred in crisis, as well as support to help people resolve the crises they face.
