In July we are going to be taking on a mammoth 100k hike over 2 days to raise funds for and awareness of Relate Chesterfield.

At Relate, our mission is to provide counselling and mental health support to everyone from 8 years old up to any age.

And to make this service available to all regardless of wether they have the ability to pay.

Sadly, we have noticed a huge increase in the number of young people accessing the service since Covid and are looking to expand the services available to them. This includes launching a new youth club within our centre.

The reason we chose to take on this challenge in particular is because it represents the struggles many of our young people face. When we are experiencing hardship or mental health struggles every day can seem never ending and it’s often hard just to get up and put one foot in front of the other.

We have all experienced hardship in our lives, wether that is a young person, in our relationships or through more serious trauma and life experiences.

For that reason, I ask you to please dig deep. Give what you can and support our team so that we can continue to offer the support our community needs.
