Hi, my name is Jaycee, and I work at Relationships Sussex (formerly Relate West Sussex).

We're a local charity dedicated to supporting people across Sussex through relationship counselling and emotional wellbeing services. Whether it’s couples, families, individuals, or young people, we’re here to help people navigate life’s challenges and build stronger, healthier connections.

Counselling can be an essential lifeline for many who are struggling—and we’re proud to offer subsidised sessions so that cost is never a barrier to getting help.

To continue funding this vital support, we’re organising a Charity Auction Night on 20th November 2025—a fun evening to bring the community together and raise funds for our services.

We need your help to make it a success! We're raising money to cover costs like the bar, food, and DJ, and to buy exciting auction lots that will spark some friendly bidding wars on the night.
