My grandfather, Peter Goddard, died by suicide when I was growing up. While I don’t have many memories of him, my loved ones do, and I’ve seen firsthand the lasting impact that suicide can have on families and communities.

Being able to run Suicide&Co’s first marathon in his memory is a great honour. I’m committed to raising as much money as possible to help ensure that others facing similar loss have access to the support, understanding, and resources they need.

Suicide&Co is a national charity that supports those bereaved by suicide and seeks to open up the conversation around suicide-related grief. Our vision is to provide adults bereaved by suicide in England and Wales with timely and effective support because everyone deserves to feel like they have permission to grieve. Suicide&Co provides 12 sessions of one-to-one bereavement counselling to those who've lost a loved one to suicide. Every donation of £30 will help provide a counselling session.
