Turn Fr Fat to Fr Fit
This chubby clergy has decided to drop the fat and get fit. Drive-by fast food, big portions and limited exercise is gone. I’m taking control and getting into shape!
I'm raising money to support our work with young people in Glossop AND Tanzania (uk) Trust.
Help me reach my 5 fit goals as I turn 50 this year.
1. Loose 5 stone in weight.
2. Run a Marathon. - COMPLEATED
3. Beat my 5k personal best (22mins, set in my 20’s) COMPLECTED 21:51
4. Walk the 268 miles of the Pennine Way (which I did 20 years ago)
5. Raise £5000 for my favourite causes.
