Help raise funds for Victoria Sexual Assault Centre by donating to your favorite team or racer in the annual Triathlon of Compassion 2025. We provide free supportive services and advocate for survivors of recent sexual assault and child abuse.

Story

Last year I started my running journey and challenged myself to completing this race for a good cause. It was an awesome experience, and along with other racers and generous donors, we helped the Victoria Sexual Assault Centre raise over $15,000.00 for their essential programming.

For over 40 years, this organization has been a beacon of hope for women and Trans survivors of sexual assault and childhood abuse.

Where do your donations go? They help create a safe, private, and inviting space where recent survivors can share their experiences and no longer feel alone. The Centre offers clinical services for recent survivors 24/7, providing both virtual and in-person individual counseling as well as group counseling. They partner with First Nations communities to ensure culturally relevant healing spaces are available. Additionally, they collaborate with anti-violence organizations to provide crucial information and education throughout Victoria. Their trained compassionate volunteers are always on-call to offer immediate support to those in need.

This year, I am excited to participate in the "Triathlon of Compassion" on June 22, 2025. My goal is to raise $500 CAD. Every dollar counts!

Together, we can make a difference in the lives of those who have faced unimaginable challenges. Thank you for your support!
