I am raising money in honour of my late

brother who died of cancer in January. He selfishly raised money for

Happy Faces for 17 years with his wife Josie, running marathons, packing at supermarkets, 24 hour cycles on an indoor trainer, you name it, he's done it. I am proud of what he has achieved over the years and would like to continue his legacy. I am raising funds for his favourite charity, Happy faces. I am doing this by running the London Marathon and competing in One Water Race (OWR). OWR is an ultra SwimRun event which takes place yearly in teh Archipelago Islands off the coast of Stockholm in Sweden. This event is not for the faint hearted, it is one of the most challenging endurance events in the world. We will cover 250km (that is around 6 marathons), and between 50-80km of swimming. The cut off time to complete this challenge is 60 hours. This year there will be 10 teams (you complete it in teams of 4, where 3 of the team are doing the distance together, and often tethered to one another, and the 4th member is on a boat and supports the team across the water during the night and the daytime, assisting with navigation).

Please help me to continue the good work of my brother and bring a little bit of happiness to families and children in North Wales who are going through tragic times with sickness, disabilities or disadvantages.
