In September I will be embarking on the National Three Peak challenge, where I will attempt to climb Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in 24hours.

I will be doing this challenge solo in aid of Family Matters UK, a charity who supports victims of rape and sexual assault.

As a therapist for Family Matters, I see at first hand the impact that Rape and SA has on victims and how isolating and damaging the affects of this can be.
