Story

This year, on the 6th November marks 10 years since we lost my beautiful Nan (Janice Graves) to a condition called NASH, also known as non-alcoholic liver disease. My Nan had the biggest heart, she was truly my best friend. I feel so privileged and lucky to have had a Nan like her growing up. She is my inspiration and i hope i am making her proud.

St Lukes Hospice were incredible throughout my Nans illness. Not only did they support and care for her but us as a family too, even after her passing. St Lukes is the most beautiful place run by the most caring staff, they are all one of a kind. I have always wanted to raise money and give back to such an amazing charity but never knew how. This year i put my nerves aside, took the leap and applied for a place in the London Marathon.

I am so excited (but incredibly nervous) to announce i will be running the London Marathon 2025 for St Lukes Hospice in honour of my Nan. I will also be running in memory of my 2 Aunties, Auntie Maureen and Auntie Gwyneth, my Nans sisters. Who both were under the care of St Lukes Hospice until they sadly passed.

Any contribution towards my fundraiser will be amazing, i am so very grateful.

Wish me luck, i am definitely going to need it! 🦋
