This September I'm getting in 10,000 steps a day for BRCA+ Chat.

BRCA+ Chat is a charity that supports people with inhereted cancer risk and I have used their support since my BRCA2 diagnosis in 2024. The BRCA2 gene mutation increases my risk of developing breast and ovarian cancer, and comes with a lot of uncertainty and difficult decisions to make. I have been able to attend informative talks and peer support groups as well as meeting up with other people in my position. I'm fundraising for BRCA+ Chat so that they can continue to support people for many years to come!
