Team Roundhouse are walking 26 miles on Saturday 6 June to support the next generation of young creatives.

We’re so excited to take on this trek, which’ll be the last one led by our dedicated and inspirational Team Captain - Marcus Davey, Chief Executive and Artistic Director at the Roundhouse.

In this, our 20th anniversary year, we reached the milestone of 100,000 young people engaged in our creative youth programme. That’s 100,000 young lives changed - in small and large ways - through the power of creativity. Now we’re reaching for the next 100,000 and aim to become the UK’s leading creative youth centre.

To help us on our way, we need to raise a record-breaking amount from this trek.

A message from Marcus:

So.... after 27 years at the Roundhouse I am leaving on June 1 this year.... but that isn't stopping me taking on the Roundhouse Trek Challenge on 6 June.

I know I have asked so many you to support me to take on many challenges over the years, including the National Three Peaks, the Yorkshire Three Peaks, three Round the Houses challenges and the Chilterns Trek last year. You have helped me raise well over £100k for our work with young people and I can't thank you enough. Therefore I feel a little guilty asking you again, but this will be the last time.

Please support Team Roundhouse and myself in my final Roundhouse Challenge Trek. Young people are facing more challenges today than at any point in recent decades. The Roundhouse's pioneering work with young people really has an impact, which means that for every pound you sponsor me you will be making a difference to a young life.

And the good news is I won't be asking you again next year.
