Story
On the 10th May this year we were devastated to lose our very good friend Adam Craddock (Cradd). Cradd's loss has devastated each of us and his wider group of friends. However, the impact on us pales into insignificance when compared to that experienced by Cradd's family.
Cradd was a natural adventurer, always pushing boundaries and seeking new ways to challenge himself. Cradd undertook many physical adventures most notably competing in and completing two Ironman events in 2022.
To that end we have deliberated many ways in which we can honour Cradd's memory, whilst raising for the mental health charity, Mind. We aim to raise funds to support the fantastic services offered by Mind, whilst honouring the friend we all miss and love.
We plan on undertaking numerous individual physical challenges between us over the next 10 months, with each challenge taking us out of our comfort zones, requiring commitment and training in the build up. There are also plans being made to complete a group challenge to mark the first anniversary of Cradd's passing.
Details of the individual challenges will be posted on our social media pages in the lead up to the events. We are in the final stages of planning group challenge, which will be confirmed in due course. So please keep an eye out for updates.
We would be extremely grateful for any support you can offer in our mission to honour Cradd's memory.
Thanks in advance for your support!
