I am fundraising for Winnie D'Arcy's Tree of Hope campaign.

I can't exercise like I used to before...but I can do more than I am... so I am going to challenge myself to a mini circuit a day and actually drinking water (1 whole litre a day 🤢) that is not in a cup of tea!
