Story
I'm running the Great South Run – and this time, with actual people!
On 19th October, I’ll be taking on the Great South Run, a 10-mile romp around Portsmouth and Southsea, in support of the Alzheimer’s Society. Last year’s event was cancelled, so I ended up running it solo… just me, my trainers, and a dodgy hip. This year, I’m hoping to upgrade to running alongside actual humans – wish me luck!
I’d be incredibly grateful if you could sponsor me. Every pound raised helps fund vital services and ground-breaking research for those affected by dementia.
As part of our partnership with Alzheimer’s Society at EDF, we’re aiming to raise a whopping £300,000 through employee fundraising to support Alzheimer’s Society services and ground-breaking dementia research, to support their vision of a world where dementia no longer devastates lives.
Thank you so much for your support – it means the world!
