Maralyn absolutely loved spending time at Wakehurst. She regularly explored every corner of the grounds with both friends and family.

In recent years, it really provided solace for Maralyn and was a place where she could forget her worries and enjoy herself in beautiful surroundings.

We know that Maralyn would love the idea of a commemorative bench at Wakehurst. Somewhere where both friends and family can take a moment to reflect and remember Maralyn but also take the opportunity to relax and admire nature.

Rather than buying flowers for Maralyn’s service, we are welcoming contributions to the commemorative bench. We hope for it to be situ in the spring for us all to enjoy.
