Knight Frank Cycle to MIPIM 2026 is aiming to raise an incredible £200,000 for charity, and I’m proud to be taking part...

Each year, riders from across the property industry cycle 1,400km from London to Cannes in just six days. This is Rich's first crack and my second time on the challenge — and believe it or not, cycling for 12+ hours a day in freezing conditions isn’t our main motivation for coming back!

Personally I’m riding again because I want to raise much needed funds for charity and help make a real, positive difference to people’s lives. While the challenge is physically and mentally demanding, it’s also incredibly rewarding to be part of something that goes far beyond the pedalling.
