Having reached the ripe old age of 68 I want to achieve a challenge I have had for the last few years of cycling over 300 kilometers in 24 hours. In the past I have raised money for local charities by participating in a number of cycle rides, but this will be my most challenging. I will be taking part in a virtual ride organised by my Rotary Club, Canterbury Forest of Blean and Sponsored by Pharon Independent Financial Advisers Ltd, Canterbury. My personal goal is to try and cycle 400 kilometers, which is the distance between London and Newcastle, within the 24hours.

We shall be raising money for local charities including Strode Park Foundation, a Kent Charity providing vital care and support for people with disabilities, Canterbury Forest of Blean Rotary Club Trust Funds who have supported many local charities over the years.
