Thank you for taking the time to visit my fundraising page for the Alzheimers Society charity

On the 30th May 2026 I will be starting a 995 mile physical cycle ride from Lands End in Cornwall to John O'Groats in Scotland in aid of the Alzheimers Society. This ride will take approximately 14 days to complete and will be a huge challenge for a big boned 59 year old like myself. Huge thanks go to Martin Coates (my boss) at Travis Perkins who has very kindly enabled me to undertake this massive journey.

This challenge is in memory of my lovely Father In Law Brian Hill, my beautiful Aunt Ann Barrett and my best friends father Cyril Crowhurst who all suffered from Alzheimers/Dementia.

Dementia is the UK’s biggest killer and one in three people born today will develop the illness in their lifetime. Alzheimer’s Society is the UK’s leading dementia charity, providing help and hope to everyone affected.

Any donation either large or small will be greatly appreciated.
