Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On February 1st, 2025, the first anniversary of my wife, Amanda's, death, I am setting out to complete the Norfolk Coast Path, having done the first part last year in two days, this time I am aiming to go twice as far (roughly sixty miles) in four days. All donations will go straight to The National Brain Appeal, which provides much-needed funds to support The National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery and the UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology – together known as Queen Square. This is one of the world’s leading centres for the diagnosis, treatment and care of patients with neurological and neuromuscular conditions. These include stroke, multiple sclerosis, brain cancer, epilepsy, Parkinson’s disease, and dementia. Queen Square helped us throughout Amanda's dementia.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
