We will be taking on the Coniston Challenge 2024 to support Alder Hey Children's Charity - this is a Triathlon with a bit of a twist. Completing 3km in a kayak, 12k mountain hike and 15k bike ride over one day in July.

My daughter, Marli, has spent all of her 17 years under the care of Alder Hey - starting with them saving her life at the age of 2 weeks old, right the way through to now supporting the ongoing care she required from both the issues as a baby, as well as the ongoing support she requires today as a young adult with autism.

It’s a charity close to my family’s heart and I’m delighted to be supporting them 😎
