I was supported by the Wales Air Ambulance following an accident at Dyfi Bike Park in Wales. Their specialised service meant that I could be taken directly to a major trauma centre for urgent treatment. I am now thrilled to be participating in the Chillswim: Triple Crown

2025 event, to be able to raise money for this amazing team. I will be taking part in three swims altogether with Chillswim; lengths of Lake Coniston, Ullswater and Windermere; a total of approximately 24 miles swimming altogether.

This charity provides advanced life-saving emergency care for everyone in Wales, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. They are a ‘mobile emergency department’ that relies entirely on donations to keep their helicopters in the air and rapid response vehicles on the road. Your generous donations will help keep this vital service in Wales. With your support, we can reach our fundraising goal of £5,000 and ensure that this essential service continues to save lives.
