Story
My story,
I lost a beautiful step daughter Stacy this year on 19th February 2025 to cervical cancer, she was an amazing person, intelligent, funny, had a love for music, movies, holidays, good food and was an exclusive trainers fanatic. Stacy was cruelly taken away from us at the young age of 37. Life without her is just so hard, every day is a battle, for myself and my family however I hold on to her memory and remember all of our special times. I am learning and understanding the importance of celebrating her life and her achievements attempting to break through a wall of pain which Thames Hospice have also been supporting me with. So once again we are raising funds for Thames Hospice who looked after Stacy so well and allowed us to be a family to her again in her final weeks. I'll always be truly grateful to them for their love and care. What they do is truly remarkable and should be commended all the time.
So this time to give thanks and raise some cervical cancer awareness I will be doing a 5k Santa Dash and hope you are able to spare a few pounds as I realise it's Christmas but anything would be massively appreciated as I try to reach a target of at least £250 for Thames Hospice. If anyone wants to come and support me on the day feel free as I dress up in a santa suit to raise some funds for Thames Hospice.
We miss you every day and will always love you eternally Stace xxx
Thank you
Richard
