About 20 miles into London 2024, I concluded it was nearly time for my running career to fade into early retirement. But the MS Society still needs our money, so here we go again - this time in Berlin!!!

On 21 September 2025, I will be donning my skimpy vest and running shoes to take on a further 26.2 miles in aid of a cause which affects tens of thousands nationwide, including some of my closest family.

The money you give will not only help to keep me accountable, but will go a long way to helping defeat multiple sclerosis for good.
