Hello Friends!

I'm celebrating the 40th anniversary of the Ronald McDonald House of Connecticut and Western Mass! As you know, McDonald's has played a significant role in my professional and personal development. I worked in restaurants for 14 years, while my wife, Linda Jedidian Merchant spent over 30 years with the corporation. Our beautiful marriage, our circle of friends, and our financial security have all been the result on our ties to the Golden Arches.

Linda and I have been supporters of the Ronald House since its inception. Today, I serve as a member on the Board of Directors. This charity holds a special place in our hearts and we can attest to the great support it is to families with sick children every day. Our houses in New Haven and Springfield provide temporary housing for the families of children receiving services at Yale University Hospital and Baystate Medical Center. Both homes maintain a quiet, supportive atmosphere for every family that they serve.
