This year, we are raising money for Dove House Hospice in memory of our incredible dad, who passed away under their care. It’s hard to put into words just how much Dove House meant to us during those final weeks. Dad was more than just a parent — he was a source of strength, laughter, and quiet wisdom. Watching his health decline was one of the hardest things we have ever faced. But Dove House Hospice stepped in at a time when we were overwhelmed, scared, and exhausted. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with such compassion, dignity, and warmth. It didn’t feel like a hospital — it felt like home. The nurses, doctors, and volunteers didn’t just care for Dad physically — they lifted our spirits and gave us precious moments of peace together.
