Vietbodia Cycle Challenge for Kids' Village

Richard Palmer is raising money for Kids' Village

Cycling from Saigon to Angkor Wat · 10 February 2026

The Kids’ Village Big Challenge is back! In February 2026, a group of Kids’ Village supporters will be heading to Saigon, Vietnam to cycle the 600KM to Angkor Wat, Cambodia, led by Alan Chambers MBE.

Story

This February, I’m taking on an incredible challenge: cycling 600km alongside an amazing team of Kids’ Village supporters. Every KM we ride will help bring something truly special to life, the UK’s first holiday village designed specifically for critically ill children and their families.

Kids’ Village will open its doors in 2027, creating a place where families facing the toughest moments can escape hospital walls and experience joy, rest, and togetherness. A place filled with magical memories, laughter, and moments that remind families what it feels like to simply be together.

Your support will go directly toward the costs of making this vision a reality, from accessible accommodation to immersive activities that allow children to feel free, included, and full of wonder. Every donation, big or small, helps support a space where families who need it most can breathe, reconnect, and make memories that last forever.

Thank you so much for supporting me.
