Hi guys

I’m taking on the challenge of a Half Iron Distance Triathlon at the Hever Castle Multisport event on the 27th September 2026.

This means:

A 1900m swim in the cold lake followed by:

A 90km bike ride around the Kent hills. And finishing up with:

A half marathon around the grounds of Hever Castle.

I’m combining my love of triathlon challenges with raising money for the wonderful charity: Alzheimer’s Research UK which is the UK’s leading dementia research charity.

With your support, we will keep going until every person is free from the heartbreak of dementia. We exist for a cure.
