Southwick Park Captain's Charity

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page. I am excited that 2024 is the year for me as Captain at Southwick Park Golf Club. It is truly an honour and I am grateful for the opportunity to help make a difference. That's why I have decided to dedicate my captaincy to supporting Prostate Cancer UK.

Prostate Cancer UK is a charity that is close to my heart. They work tirelessly to raise awareness, provide support, and fund research for this devastating disease. By fundraising for them, I hope to contribute towards their mission of stopping prostate cancer from being a killer.

There are some big events this year that help enormously to raise awareness and raise funds, including Captain’s Day, Gent’s Invitational, competition raffles, blackouts etc.

And there’s more. I, and a couple of friends, will be embarking on the Big Golf Race 2024, a challenging 72 holes in one day, sometime in the summer.

I have set a target of £3,000 for this year long campaign. Every pound donated brings us closer to reaching our goal and making a real impact in the fight against prostate cancer. Together, we can make a difference!
