Story
The last few years have been a profound journey for my partner and me as we navigated the complexities of IVF. The staff at James Cook have been nothing short of amazing, providing us with the help and support we needed during what has undoubtedly been one of the toughest times in our lives. Their dedication and compassion have made a significant difference in our experience, and for that, we are incredibly grateful.
Sadly all three rounds failed. During each failure, the staff offered all the support we needed. As we reflect on our journey, we recognise that many others face similar challenges with infertility. It is essential to raise awareness about IVF and the emotional toll it can take on individuals and couples. By sharing our story, we hope to shed light on this important issue and advocate for those who may feel alone in their struggles.
In celebration of this cause, I will be participating in the Great North Run 2025 on September 7th, 2025. My goal is to raise £300 for South Tees Hospitals Charity to support their vital work in this field. I invite you to join me in making a difference—every contribution counts, no matter how small. Together, we can help provide hope and support to those embarking on their own journeys towards parenthood.
