My sister, G, who received some bad news in September that she has breast cancer. It was a shock to us all but ever since receiving the news she has been so positive and strong. She has already inspired so many of us so far in her journey of treatment, Claire and I wanted to give something back in a way which we could show her how proud we are of her and how much we love her.

We will be taking part in a 10k run at Colchester Zoo in April, most of you may know I am very lazy and have never ran as far as that so will be a challenge for us both, but we will continue to train hard for this .
