Men don't like to talk and this needs to change, myself included. I came across this amazing charity that is country wide - helping men to talk. Even if it's just about the bloody weather, its a start. Too many men are feeling alone and unable to share - this leads to the stat - "74% of all suicides in the UK involve men".

You know i like to run and i'm on the quest (albeit slowly now) to 100 marathons - and what better way to help raise money for this Charity than running a marathon.

So i'll be running my 61st Marathon at the Southampton Marathon on 6th April 2025.
