Hi, it's my birthday and not just another year but 60!

I'm thankful for the life I've been blessed to have so far for everything I've been given.

I'd like to remember the suffering of people in Ukraine who continue to live with the stress, trauma, deprivation and loss of full-scale war that has devastated their cities and homes.
