In loving memory of Richard, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle who sadly passed away on 18 June 2025 after bravely living with Alzheimer's disease. Richard was a man of great character, known for his sharp mind, unwavering work ethic, and a passion for life. While Alzheimer's eventually took so much from him, we will forever cherish the vibrant, funny, and warm man we knew. We are raising funds to support Alzheimer's Research in his honour, hoping to contribute to a future where other families don't have to face the challenges Richard and his family have.

This devastating disease doesn't just affect individuals, but rips away the person we know and love from their families and friends. It's estimated that approximately 1 in 2 people will be affected by dementia in their lifetime, either by developing it themselves or becoming a carer.
