Story
On the 10th of October 2026, myself, Edd & friends are taking part in Sophie’s Mile Charity Truck Pull — in memory of Sophie, who sadly lost her life to ovarian cancer at just 29 years old.
Sophie was the wife of my good friend Edd, and her story has touched us all deeply. Despite everything she went through, Sophie’s strength, kindness and positivity inspired everyone around her. This event is our way of honouring her memory and helping raise vital funds for Target Ovarian Cancer, a charity working to improve early diagnosis, fund research, and support everyone affected by this terrible disease.
Every donation — big or small — will make a real difference.
💙 £17 could help one more person get advice and support through the charity’s helpline.
💙 £50 could help 50 people learn to recognise the symptoms early and visit their GP sooner.
We’d be so grateful for your support in helping us pull together (literally!) to make a difference in Sophie’s name.
Thank you 🙏
Rich
