My gorgeous wife was diagnosed with terminal bowel cancer several years ago, treatment has been a bit of a roller coaster but thankfully stabilised recently.

Force have helped us both with the various Complimentary Therapies. Reflexology has proved to be very useful to us both, as was help with wig information.Whilst Patti attends the regular exercise class, run by physio Lou, myself & other partners-cum chauffeurs get the opportunity to sit and chat, which is invaluable therapy in itself, so support is there for both of us.

The volunteers in Exeter and Ottery St Mary are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble, and definitely makes treatment days more copeable with.

I will be riding the Dartmoor classic on Sunday 21st June. 60 miles around Dartmoor followed the following week Sunday 28th June by The Nello, this time either 60 or 100 miles around Exmoor. The Nello raises valuable funds for Force, to enable lots of different types of support to continue. Doing the Nello is my way of saying Thank You for a great service.

Any money you are able to give will go to Force cancer charity to help as many people as possible.
