I run for fun, and I love it.

For the last seven months my day-job has been on the fundraising team of a charity that means a lot to me: Nelson's Journey.

So, it's time to put these two things together as I prepare to Run Norwich for the sixth and, hopefully, fastest time!

Over the last couple of years I've been taking running a bit more seriously & have seen my times tumble since 2022, to do this rakes a lot of hard work, early mornings and running in all weathers.

So why not pay back all my hard work by helping NJ's work with bereaved children in Norfolk. Since joining the team here I've got to see first-hand the incredible work our child bereavement support workers do, not just through direct 1-to-1 work with children but also in supporting parents & carers and helping with making the right choices at one of the most awful times for any family.
