Father's Day 2026 promises to be a very special day. Firstly, I will be among a group of wonderful people who are raising money for Chapter2 by aiming to walk 50 miles in the Peak District in less than 24 hours.

Our Father's Day Challenges are always a privilege to be part of. Why? because it is a day oozing with the generosity of others. It starts with the generous fundraisers giving up their time and sweat to walk 50 miles. They in turn are supported by a network of donors who have dipped into their pockets in sponsorship. And it's all so that Chapter2 can to continue to recruit, train and support generous men to be volunteer mentors for fatherless boys. Generosity, generosity, generosity!

The second reason it will be a special day is that it will be my daughters 21st birthday and she has chosen to do the walk too! She is a beautiful lady with a very generous heart and I can't wait to spend the day walking with her. And when we get to the end we will have two things to celebrate.
